• Information you provide: account and profile details, organization information, support requests, and any content you enter into the SMS ERP application.
• Information collected automatically: device identifiers, operating system and app version, IP address, and usage and diagnostic logs.
• Information from your organization: where the ERP is provided to you by your employer, your organization may create your account and configure the data you can access.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the SMS ERP application and website.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts and organizational data.
• Deliver features such as dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Respond to enquiries, provide support, and send service notices.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and improve our services.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your operational ERP data for advertising.

We share information only as needed to run our services and as permitted by law:

• Within your organization: administrators and authorized users of your organization's ERP instance.
• Service providers: trusted vendors (for example, hosting and infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and security of our users.

Security is central to everything we build. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and industry-standard safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continuously work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

We retain personal and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Where the ERP is administered by your organization, retention may also be governed by your organization's policies.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also:

• Update your profile and account details within the app.
• Manage device permissions (such as notifications) in your device settings.
• Contact us to exercise any of your rights.

If your account was created by your employer, please direct certain requests to your organization's administrator.

The SMS ERP application is intended for business use and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
